1. Listing your Property
To successfully list your property for sale with Sakani, you’ll need to provide a signed agency agreement (Form A), along with a copy of your passport and ownership documents.
Properties under Construction:
The first page of your Property Sales Contract
- The payment schedule
- Oqood (pre-registration papers)
- Receipts for payments made to the developer
- The property layout
Completed Properties:
- The first page of your Property Sales Agreement or Title Deed.
- A Payment Completion Certificate (if you don’t have a Title Deed).
- Receipts for all payments made to the Developer.
- Property keys, or tenant details if the property is rented.
All off-plan and completed properties must be registered with the Land Department to guarantee a hassle-free transfer to the new owner.

After signing our Agency Agreement, we will schedule an appointment to assess your property. Our team will provide a market analysis comparing similar listings and recent sales in your area, helping you understand the expected price range for your property.

4. Agreeing to sell your Property
Once you find a potential buyer and they accept your offer, both you and the buyer will need to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), also called FORM F. This document clearly outlines the terms and conditions of the agreement, ensuring transparency between you, the buyer, and our agency.
